After Sirte

Even if the NTC forces take over Sirte, the civil war in Lybia will not be over, and in fact the situation will only deteriorate. Soon, the NTC factions will fight among themselves (they already do), and the low-intensity civil war will go in Lybia for decades. The regime will be unstable, dictatorial, and without the NATO/West support will collapse into a new Somalia.
